The United States is a RepublicA Republic which the United States was founded on is different that a democracy, people need to educate themselves to the difference. Some people (liberals) seem to want a democracy..... all I can say is be careful what you ask for. Learn the difference and why the US was intentionally not founded as a democracy. The word Democracy is not mentioned even once in the Constitution or the Declaration of Independence.
