AYSOS operates as an online service provider under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA). We qualify for safe harbor protections under 17 U.S.C. § 512(c) and respond expeditiously to valid takedown notices.

Upon receiving a valid notice we will: remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing material; notify the uploader; and, where applicable, terminate repeat infringers.

📝 How to Submit a Takedown Notice

Your notice must include all of the following to be valid under the DMCA:

1. A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or authorised agent.
2. Identification of the copyrighted work(s) you claim has been infringed.
3. The exact URL(s) of the material on aysos.com you want removed.
4. Your name, mailing address, telephone number, and email address.
5. A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorised by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
6. A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or are authorised to act on the copyright owner’s behalf.

If you believe material was removed in error, you may submit a counter-notice. A valid counter-notice must include: your physical or electronic signature; identification of the removed material and its location before removal; a statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed by mistake or misidentification; your name, address, and phone number; and your consent to the jurisdiction of the Federal District Court for your judicial district.

🚫 Repeat Infringer Policy

AYSOS will terminate the accounts of users who are determined to be repeat infringers in appropriate circumstances, consistent with our obligations under the DMCA.
