Anatoly Turns Superman Into a Helicopter Move

Someone mentions swinging your arms like Superman at the gym, so Anatoly the undercover strongman steps in and escalates a normal set into absolute chaos. By the end he's doing something called the Helicopter and everyone's losing their minds.
