Funny, Handicapped fire escape ladder, even has the safety railing that will allow a wheelchair to fit

Looks like an old public swimming pool that lost funding or something and so they just filled it in with dirt and grass, although you would have thought they could have spent 15 minutes to remove the old ladder as well
